Potato was perfectly cooked & the brisket to die for! It was a to go order, so I had them put all the toppings on the side. Came home, assembled & had dinner. Soooo good!

This place is fantastic. I highly recommended the special ops; you can sample several different types of meats and they're all excellent. The BBQ sauce is great too, and i love the potato salad. Do yourself a favor and give them a try!

I had the special ops sampler. Everything was very good. The amount of food I got for the price was great. This was my first time trying blue ember. I will be back.
